Workstations & touchpoints
Desks wiped, monitors and phones dusted, chair arms, door handles, light switches and shared keyboards sanitised. High-touch points are the ones that actually spread illness in an office.
Kitchen & breakout
Benches, sinks, splashbacks, microwaves inside and out, fridge exterior (interior on request), dishwasher run, tables wiped, bins emptied and liners replaced.
Bathrooms & amenities
Toilets, urinals, basins, mirrors, dispensers refilled, partitions and floors sanitised. Consumables can be managed for you so you never run out of paper or soap.
Floors, glass & waste
Vacuum and mop all traffic areas, hard-floor buffing on schedule, entry glass and internal partitions, recycling and general waste removed to your bin room.

Frequency is the second half of the price. A clinic with 30 staff and public waiting rooms needs a different rhythm to a four-person design studio.

How much does office cleaning cost in Brisbane?
Every commercial quote is priced per site. We price the task list and the frequency, not the square metres, because a 200 m² open-plan office and a 200 m² medical clinic need completely different work. After a free 20-minute walkthrough you receive a fixed price per visit in writing within 24 hours.
Why don't you charge per square metre?
Because floor area says very little about the work. Two offices of the same size can differ by three bathrooms, a full kitchen, 40 desks and daily glass. Pricing by task means you only pay for what actually gets cleaned, and there are no surprises when the invoice arrives.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial clients are cleaned before 7am, after 6pm, or on weekends so the team is not interrupted. Access is arranged with your building manager or via key, fob or alarm code.
Do we need to supply products or equipment?
No. Our teams arrive with commercial-grade vacuums, microfibre systems and eco-friendly chemicals. If your workplace requires specific products for sensitive equipment or clinical areas, tell us during the walkthrough and we will use them.
Are your cleaners insured and police checked?
Yes. EcoServices is a registered business (EcoServices Maintenance PTY LTD), our cleaners are police checked and the work is covered by public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request for your WHS file.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. You can start with a one-off clean, move to a trial period, and only then settle into a recurring schedule. We would rather earn the schedule than lock you into it.
