At EcoServices Maintenance PTY LTD, we are committed to delivering a meticulous, high-standard finish for every bond and deep cleaning service.

We proudly offer a 72-hour service guarantee. In the unlikely event that any areas require further attention, we will return promptly to address them—provided the request falls within the original scope of work and is reported within 72 hours of service completion.

To secure your booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted amount is required. This allows us to reserve dedicated time, allocate the appropriate team, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Service Conditions

• Our guarantee applies strictly to the agreed scope of work outlined prior to the service.
• Any additional requests beyond the original scope may be quoted separately.
• The property must be vacant, accessible, and ready for cleaning at the scheduled time.
• Electricity and water must be available to ensure optimal results.
• Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
